Happy February, friends. Hopefully we've seen the last of the snow for 2022! Yesterday it was a balmy 60 degrees. Can we hope that it will continue?
Over here at The Gladen Rohrer Team, we're gearing up for what looks like a busy spring, as properties drip on to market like an icy elm branch when the temperature hits 33.
If there's anything we can do to help make your February fantastic, don't be afraid to reach out.
All the best.

Chill at the Polar Lounge
High atop 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge is this this crazy ice lounge that makes you think to yourself "now this is why I live in New York." Admission includes a cocktail and the use of a very warm, very puffy coat during their stay, but you're still drinking outdoors from ice glasses on a roof in February, so be warned.

Not All Heroes Wear Capes
The Grand Prospect Hall, the South Slope venue that made dreams come true for 35 years, was recently purchased for $22.5M and is set to be demolished to make room for (wait for it) condos. But a group of locals are trying to preserve at least a small part of the old venue on the first floor. The only problem? The new owners won't even take their calls.
